application of knowledge and experience derived from safety engineering principles. We help our clients manage
risk by either eliminating it or by reducing it to as low as reasonable practicable. We offer our clients the

Hazard Identification studies
Identifying hazards is one of the key steps in the management of risk. We Provide facilitation and scribing services
for hazard identification workshops. Based on the outcome of the workshop, develop a comprehensive report that detail
methods used and the recommendation made during such workshops. Examples of hazard identification study include: Hazard
and operability study (HAZOP), Hazard Identification (HAZID), Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA)
Technical Safety Studies
Provide other safety studies that support the management of major accident hazards. These include:
- Fire and Explosion Hazards Analysis (FERA/FEA/FRA)
- Gas Dispersion and Smoke Ingress Analysis (GDSI)
